Very clean hotel and room and very comfortable bed . Food was amazing and the staff made it special . Would highly recommend

All the members of staff were really helpful and unfailingly charming. The hotel, rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean. The restaurant food was delicious.

Good size room with sea view, helpful & friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere

At times the breakfast service was slow - it was better last year with a buffet for the 'starter' courses

Wonderful stay at The Regency. Room had a perfect view over Douglas promenade, and the staff was perfect and ver helpful.

Lovely period features in charming hotel. Beautifully comfortable, well equipped and clean room. Good breakfast. Wonderful sea views.

Comfortable with Sea and Promenade Views and great Restaurant atmosphere in particular as it was extremely busy and staff coped well.

Not an issue for ourselves but we were concerned at the unrestricted large tilt& turn openable windows for possible falls!

The room was very clean and cleaned daily by staff. The breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble including lending us umbrellas! A very memorable stay. I would recommend it and certainly stay there again.

I think the only thing I can think of is the price of an evening meal in the restaurant. I felt it was too expensive and didn't eat there.

Quiet, location; but 15 mins walk to centre of Douglas; helpful friendly staff, very good food and gorgeous old fashioned lift straight out of Agatha Christie! Forever a memory!

Limited choice of low alcohol/alcohol free beers in the bar.

Genuine traditional decor and architecture and service that added ro a relaxing stay. Location was perfect for views and access to good venues and the electrelectric railway etc.

The North East window frame in our seaview room 3rd floor had a draft that was a slight problem during the severe onshore gale. Solved by tucking towels between frame and wall. More than compensated for by the good view and traditional features that you never find in modern hermetically sealed Hotels.

We always stay at the regency and have done so for years as a family going back 25years . For myself i love the lift when i've been doing the manx 2 day trials as my legs are getting old now. Thank You

Excellent enjoyed the ambiance and surroundings. Rooms good standard, clean and well decorated. Happy to come again

Restaurant was lovely with attentive staff. The food was not really of the standard we were expecting, too meat led and swamped with garlic butter.
