relaxing vibe enhanced by friendliness and professionalism of the staff also the whole dining experience both at breakfast and dinner the lemon chiffon for dessert !!!

Everything the rooms are amazing lovely and warm. The food is fantastic, the best steak ever. Would highly recommend. All the staff are amazing.

The staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable - as always. The location is perfect for us, being at the right end of the Prom not to be too noisy! Also close to the Electric Railway and Horse tramway. Good bus service available, no need to be stuck with a car on the island. Another great stay and we look forward to returning in 2026.

The food was absolutely top notch and the staff are so experienced and nothing is a problem

Although the lift is iconic , we did find it a bit small and claustrophobic, , but that’s minor compared to everything else , thank you for a lovely stay

All the members of staff were really helpful and unfailingly charming. The hotel, rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean. The restaurant food was delicious.

Good size room with sea view, helpful & friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere

Wonderful stay at The Regency. Room had a perfect view over Douglas promenade, and the staff was perfect and ver helpful.
