Only having an excellent vegetarian menu on demand, without a mention of it. After our first meal we thought we would have to eat elsewhere. You are the only restaurant which has a physically separate meat and vegetarian menus. If you insist on having both, both should be given to guests.
Self service at breakfast or cereals and juice would be a big step forward. It seems that your serial offer comes from Kellogg’s cornflakes which compares very unfavourably with some standard of hotels that also provide extra nuts, etc.
The coffee is poor. Each person should be given a cafeteria with freshly made coffee.
