I loved the old-world Art Deco feel about the hotel, My room was lovely, spacious, clean and with first class toiletries. It was great to get water everyday too. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

The times for breakfast were far too early. I would have had breakfast if the time was a little later. 10.30 would have been perfect, but I might have even gone for breakfast at 10. I like to have a brunch rather than a breakfast. I am sorry there was no bar menu at lunchtime either. Sandwiches don't really fit the bill for lunch. However the times for breakfast, lunch and dinner across the island were very rigid in many places and I was surprised I couldn't get a hot meal between 7am and 9pm all day every day. A kitchen being "shut" was something I found a wee bit irksome in the Isle of Man.
