What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The hotel is away from hustle and bustle of the town centre and in a relaxing environment. The bus stop is by the main door and it is quite easy to get to popular tourist destinations.

I was not overly enamoured with the breakfast. The evening meal options were limited.

Large bedroom with a fine view.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Only having an excellent vegetarian menu on demand, without a mention of it. After our first meal we thought we would have to eat elsewhere. You are the only restaurant which has a physically separate meat and vegetarian menus. If you insist on having both, both should be given to guests. Self service at breakfast or cereals and juice would be a big step forward. It seems that your serial offer comes from Kellogg’s cornflakes which compares very unfavourably with some standard of hotels that also provide extra nuts, etc. The coffee is poor. Each person should be given a cafeteria with freshly made coffee.

Good location close enough to the town but far enough away to not be near all of the bars and noise. We always stay at the regency when we visit the island and we think it’s a great place to stay The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Having spoke to Andre - as a family they thoroughly enjoyed their stay at The Regency - having a hire car it was easy to park they were made to feel very welcome.

Clean comfortable bedrooms. Friendly,helpful staff. Good location.

Small criticism. - needed large bath towel ! Breakfast was just ok but could definitely be improved. It seemed to be different every day! Depending the chef?

Everything was wonderful. We loved our room. We especially liked and appreciated everyone we came in contact with in the hotel. The restaurant was wonderful, but we spent many evenings having a drink in the bar and ordering something light. Kudos to Jack. He was so friendly and professional. He will have a great future. This was our second stay in this wonderful hotel, and we’ll stay there again if and when we come back to the IOM. Thank you for everything!!!

The location, furnishings, character and atmosphere are wonderful. All staff are super friendly, very efficient and professional at all times. Always a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The room was just what I requested - double room, very comfortable, clean and with a sea view. All the hotel staff - management, reception, housekeeping and restaurant (L'Experience Restaurant) - were all very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good. I would certainly recommend The Regency Hotel and will hopefully be staying there again later in the year.

Everything great. 5 for all. When I hit 5s above, didn't process. Staff especially nice & efficient. Jack was truly outstanding in going the extra mile to serve us.

The room was very nice 404. Much better than the Empress where I have stayed.

We enjoyed the sea views and the decor of the hotel. A unique experience of how Hotels once were and still are with The Regency.
