I have stayed at The Regency for more than ten years. It is always a pleasure to, more like staying with friends. Nothing is too much trouble..

Wi Fi not used. A bit of a discovery for us as we are only an hour's drive from home and don't normally stay in Douglas. An inconspicuous jewel of a place, made all the more so by having L' Experience restaurant on its premises. We'll be back!

We were upgraded to a suite having requested a seaview room which was unavailable. It was very spacious and comfortable with an olde world charm about it's decor. Our evening meal was delicious, with views of the bay from our 'windowside' table. It was unhurried, giving us time to enjoy the experience. Local kippers on the breakfast menu was a real treat! A really enjoyable stay.

No hotel parking available. 16 hours out of 24 on the roadside nearby.

Everything really. Room, staff, food, value were all excellent

My only criticism would be that the pillows were uncomfortable.

Quiet. Comfy bed. Room very clean. Staff helpful. Food excellent. Cosy temperature on a wild and old night. Beautiful view of the sea and promenade. Reception, bar area and restaurant all tastefully decorated and furnished.

Room 205 had one window not entirely sealed so draught evident. However thick curtains in place which helped.

It was very comfortable the room was excellent. Heating was on full as it was a very cold spell which made it cosy. The food in l'Experience was excellent. We would definately recommend the Regency. See you again soon.

Everything it was a very relaxed atmosphere, the staff were lovely and friendly, the room was great very clean although it was a little hot but we just opened the window so not a problem, I loved the sea view. The food was excellent the best steak I have had in a very long time,The breakfast was all freshly cooked and worth the wait..All in all a great stay and we will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends

There nothing to not like, as I said above the room was a little hot, And food wise maybe offer some veg, with meals on the set menu, but that’s just a suggestion not a complaint

Loved the location and the decor of the hotel. Although it was a prize in a draw and we didn’t pay,we know the price and think it was good value for money,the restaurant is exceptional. And breakfast was delicious and unhurried.

A lovely hotel with fabulous sea views. Most welcoming and friendly. Restaurant top class in beautiful wood panelled surroundings. We had a lovely relaxing stay and great cuisine so we will definitely be back to stay at The Regency again.
